Design of microsite for Comma Oil
Netro42 and Performance PR were commissioned to set up a PR campaign and website to highlight the importance of being clearly seen by the side of the road, should you be unlucky enough for your car to break down. The consequences of not making yourself ‘safe and seen’ can be fatal.
As creative director of Netro42 I created a dramatic and engaging brand to be used across all media from fluorescent posters to email marketing.
The website clearly communicated the issues, the government standpoint and advice by Comma Oil to create a public service website. By citing examples of how fatalities have decreased in other European countries due to the use of high visibility vests Comma Oil hope to make the same improvements to the UK.
A petition was set up to lobby the government into amending road safety law, a process which is still ongoing after huge public interest in this topic.
